Key Eligibility Criteria

For BPS-19 Positions (Directors/Additional Registrar)

• Education: PhD/MS/MPhil or Master's degree in relevant field from HEC-recognized institution
• Experience: 6-10 years post-qualification experience depending on qualification
• Age: 35-50 years

For Technical Positions (BPS-10 to BPS-17)

• Relevant diplomas/degrees in engineering, computer science, or management
• 2-5 years experience in relevant field
• Technical certifications may be required for some positions

Important Note: Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible to apply. Age relaxation will be given as per Punjab government policy.

Application Process

Two-Phase Application System:

1. Online Submission:
   • Fill form at UHS Job Portal
   • Cannot be edited after submission
2. Manual Submission:
   • Print submitted online form
   • Attach attested documents (certificates, CNIC, domicile, photos)
   • Include paid bank challan (Rs. 500 for BPS-11-16, Rs. 2000 for BPS-17+)
   • Submit to UHS Lahore by 23 July 2025

Selection Process

• Written/technical/typing tests for eligible candidates
• Performance evaluation tests where applicable
• Interview for qualified candidates
• Preference given to candidates with public sector medical university experience

• Expected Joining: September 2025

• No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews
