Key Eligibility Requirements
For Professor Positions (BPS-20)
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS with PM&DC Level III specialization
- Experience: 3 years as Associate Professor OR 9 years as Assistant Professor
- Publications: 15 total (6 in last 3 years)
- Mandatory: Level-IIa diploma in Medical Education (6 months)
For Associate Professor (BPS-19)
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS with PM&DC Level IIb/III specialization
- Experience: 5 years as Assistant Professor
- Publications: 9 total (7 as Assistant Professor)
- Mandatory: Level-IIa diploma in Medical Education (6 months)
For Nursing Faculty
- Qualification: RN/RM with Post-RN/BSN + MSN/MPhil
- Experience: 3-10 years (depending on position)
- Publications: 2-4 in recognized journals
- Mandatory: Valid PNC license
Critical Requirement: All applicants must submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates. If in process, submission evidence is required. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC/PM&DC equivalence certificates.

Application Process
Two-Phase Application System:

- Form cannot be edited after submission
- Manual Submission:
- Print submitted online form
- Attach attested documents (certificates, CNIC, domicile, photos)
- Include paid bank challan (Rs. 2000 for BPS-17+)
- Submit to UHS Lahore by 21 July 2025

Selection Process
- Subject test may be conducted if applicant ratio exceeds 1:5
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- Final selection subject to police verification and reference checks
Important Conditions
- Only Punjab domicile holders eligible
- Maximum age limit: 55 years at interview time
- No TA/DA for interview process
- Government employees must apply through proper channel
- University may increase/decrease posts without notice
- Appointments will be contractual under UHS Service Statutes 2005
