  • Relevant: 10 years
  • Senior position: 5 years

Relevant experience includes financial research/analysis, decision-making, advisory, financial risk management, investment management

Experience working at financial institution licensed by SECP or SBP in senior positions
Fit and Proper Must meet NBFC Regulations 2008 criteria for CEO

  • Oversee management of Defined Benefit and government funds
  • Select and monitor SECP-licensed fund managers
  • Ensure optimal fund allocation and diversification
  • Evaluate fund performance and take corrective actions
  • Operationalize Defined Contribution Pension Fund Scheme
  • Ensure compliance with SECP regulations and government rules
  • Report to Board of Directors and Finance Division
  • Maintain transparency, accountability and internal controls
  • Prepare and manage company budgets
  • Ensure financial sustainability
  • Manage company assets and services
  • Recruit and lead professional team
  • Develop and manage required IT systems
