Project Overview

Pakistan Railways is inviting applications for various positions on a contract basis for the landmark Rail Connectivity Project from Kohat (Zero Point) to Kharlachi via Thall-Parachinar (192 km). This strategic infrastructure project will enhance connectivity between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Key Project Information

The positions are contract-based (1 year initially, extendable) under Project Pay Scale (PPS). Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per project requirements. Salary will be as per the standard package issued by the Finance Division.

Assistant Sub-Engineer/Civil (PPS-4)	DAE Civil (3 Years)	2+ years experience	30 years

Age Relaxation: 5-year general age relaxation applies to all positions as per government policy

Eligibility & Requirements

General Requirements

• All positions require relevant educational qualifications from recognized institutions
• Experience must be post-qualification
• Candidates from project area (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) will be given preference for certain positions
• Experience in government/railway projects is preferred

Specific Requirements

• Project Monitoring Officer: Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
• GIS Expert: Must be registered with Higher Education Commission (HEC)
• AutoCAD Expert: Must have AutoCAD certification from recognized institution
