KTDMC is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate must have a strong working background in public sector entities with proficiency in financial and secretarial practices.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial input and leadership in decision-making processes.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal control.
• Oversee corporate finance, treasury, asset management, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Manage and implement secretarial practices and corporate governance protocols.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with board members and external auditors.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum age: 55 years
• Government servants must apply through proper channel.
• Candidates must fulfill ONE of the following:
  • a) Be a member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAP, ACCA, CIMA, ICMAP) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • b) Hold a Master’s degree in finance-related field from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
