Qualification Requirements
- LLB or LLM from reputed HEC recognized Institute/University
- Must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year
- Preference to candidates with Bar at Law after LL.B/LL.M degree
Experience Requirements
- At least 03 years' relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution
- Demonstrable experience in corporate penalty recovery matters preferred
Special Considerations
- Female candidates who meet criteria will be given preference
- Age limit: Maximum 35 years (5 years relaxation for candidates with regulator experience)
- Minorities, people with special needs, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and AJK encouraged to apply
