Important Rules for Optional Holidays

  1. Maximum 1 optional holiday for Muslims and 3 for non-Muslims per year
  2. Requires prior approval from department head
  3. Work continuity must be maintained (limited staff can take leave simultaneously)
  4. Religious holidays prioritized for respective communities

Dates marked with * (Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, etc.) are tentative and subject to Ruet-e-Hilal Committee's moon sighting announcement. Actual holidays may shift by ±1 day.
