About the Organization

The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) is a leading NGO dedicated to community-driven development in Pakistan. They are now offering two exciting career opportunities for motivated professionals in Baltistan and Thatta.

1. Civil Society Manager - Baltistan

• Position: 01 (Regional Programme Office, Baltistan)
• Education: 16-years degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Behavioral Sciences, or Political Science
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Leading and managing donor-funded projects independently
  • Working with and managing multi-stakeholders
  • Engaging effectively with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)

2. District Engineer - Thatta

• Position: 01 (Sindh Programme Office, Thatta)
• Education: 16-years degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction and energy project execution
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Proficiency in construction management software, MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical design software
